This little old place could be older than current real estate records have indicated. I was given all the right signs but no proof until making a test hole behind a temporary microwave mount. Log home construction is now proven. This will make for some interesting addition and renovation planning. Current age is 1895.

A quick reroof before water damage could start. A broken shingle led to further inspection that this roof needed replacement well before what was thought the end of service life. Water was beginning to get under the shingles on one side and most of the granules were worn off.
Replacement as always for us was Color here is Hickory
