Infill garage project recently wrapped up for our portion. Owner has some interior finishes to take over. 17'x58' deep outside. Interior garage is 42' deep and 13' ceiling with a 1st floor laundry with a studio on the 2nd floor opening onto a green roof system for outdoor living space.

Couple layers of zip system self adhered ice and water wrapped up the head/side wall and into the window sill with stretch tape corners.

Our latest basement project completed. The main room is intended for entertainment with a side room ready for future enclosure for a bedroom. The 3 piece bathroom will get a glass enclosure and has access from both rooms. Entertainment space complete with a wet bar area and walkout access to the pool.
Fully insulated walls and ceiling with .insulatebetter bats for extra thermal performance and great sound deadening to the main floor.
