Even though its cold outside I want to give a huge thanks to Ryan and Heather for allowing us to transform their back yard. We removed a worn paper patio that was ground level and brought in a large 12x36 deck that was at their porch level. After discussing their entertaining needs we decided seating space was a must so we completed the area with a custom bench designed with a lean back so after hours if laughs and stories your back was just as comfortable as the moment you sat down. Thinking of extending your outdoor space or looking for some fresh ideas, give us a call to let us come up with a creative design.

Finally had a second to go through and share some pictures of things we have finished over the past 3 weeks. Of course there was the patio and deck, but we also squeezed in painting another deck and a large flower bed and quick fall clean up. To say we go sun up til sun down is no exaggeration. Between all that Justin Fritzges maintains our 68 yards we mow on a weekly basis. Fall is rolling in fast J will be soaring to a new adventure in the military, so if you see him out there in the next couple of days wish him well. I eas a little ahead of the game yesterday but a 2 month long project is officially wrapped up.
5 rooms painted and trimmed out, and we ended with a a total gut and renovated bathroom. Custom tile work, for the shower and floor, nee electric, new lighting and exhaust fan, new plumbing and drains run, custom trim of windows and door frames, and finished off with sliding glass doors. This one gave me a run for my money, with old plaster walls and existing water damage. We defeated and conquered. Now on to the next one, another bath and bedroom remodel and patio season starts next week. Stay tuned for updates.

Sneak Peek at the Glenville house. Couple loose ends ti tie up tomorrow and this one will be complete. Older homes always have unique challenges, all in all I'm pretty happy with the way this one came out. Thanks to the owners for being patient through the challenges and holding out for the finish line.

Last 2 weeks have been super busy as usual. I finished up painting of the Glenville house, and capped off Friday morning with this small garden addition, and 20 Green Giants for some privacy in the back yard.
Up next are a couple bathroom renovations and patio season kicks off in 3 weeks.

Outdoor projects are in full swing. This was sent to me as a picture and and question, can you make this. My simple answer was YES. This turned out to be a fun rain week project and the sun came out just in time to show its full beauty. Treated wood to stand the course of time, sealed cedar to give it that beach feel. Another updated bathroom in the books.
Took an old closet, trimmed some wall space and turned it into the perfect makeup area and now usable storage space. Updated plumbing while in the walls and finished off with some nice fixtures and floating shelves and recessed lights. While there we also took care of a roof leak gone wrong which separated the solid plaster walls from the cement block.
