Our 2026 season is right around the corner, and Costantino Landscaping & Hardscaping is looking to add 2 crew members to our team!
We are currently hiring:
• Hardscaping Crew Member – Experience is required
• Landscaping Crew Member – Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and ready to work
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their work. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values quality craftsmanship and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities May Include:
• Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, and general landscape upkeep
• Operating equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Driving company vehicles, including trucks and trailers
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Supporting the team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Experience driving a truck and trailer is required
• Hardscaping applicants must have prior experience
• Landscaping applicants should be willing to learn and grow
