We offer outstanding services to our clients by first determining their needs, assuring that we have the personnel and technology to accomplish the tasks then allocating the needed resources to the project at hand. As important as technology is in today’s world, we believe that people are the m

ost important ingredient in a successful project. To that end, we have developed a staff which has an extremely low rate of turn over. This means that people have been working with each other for years and know how to relate to each other as well as how to most efficiently complete their tasks. GHI supports its staff with paid continuing education, in house training and discussions of how things can be improved within the company.

From Concept to Completion: Lay Road Culvert Replacement
We love seeing our designs take shape in the field! Our team at GHI. was proud to assist Peach Bottom Township with the long-awaited Lay Road Culvert Replacement Project.
This project is a great example of the full-service support we provide our municipal partners:
• Surveying & Engineering: Working with Monarch Building Products to design a robust precast concrete box culvert solution tailored to the site specific hydraulic and structural needs.
• Permitting: Navigating the complex regulatory landscape to obtain clearances and secure the environmental permitting approvals.
• Bidding & Administration: Preparing and managing a smooth bidding process to get the right teams on the job with a clear scope of work.

A project is only as good as its ex*****on, and we had an incredible team on this one. A huge shoutout to Monarch Building Products, Inc. for delivering a top-tier precast product and to Clear View Excavation for their top-notch workmanship in preparing and setting these heavy pieces safely and efficiently.
Great teamwork makes for great infrastructure!
