Independent Testing Agency is looking for an Operations Manager with experience in electrical testing, power systems services, or field-service technical operations.
This role will oversee daily operations supporting NETA testing programs, technician scheduling, equipment readiness, and customer deliverables across active projects.
What you’ll help lead:
✔ Technician scheduling and field resource planning
✔ Operational ex*****on for electrical testing projects
✔ Quality control for test reports and customer deliverables
✔ Continuous improvement of operational processes
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
• Electrical testing or power systems services
• NETA testing programs or similar standards
• Managing field technicians and technical project ex*****on
