Will need a valid Mass licence. Things considered for applicants: Experience with backing up trailers, commercial mowers, operating a skid steer, hardscape experience. You will be responsible for knowing what is needed for equipment for any given day and how to accomplish things efficiently. Looking for someone that loves getting things done.
Can you problem solve without having to call the boss for every little thing? Can you improvise? I need someone that can solve problems not complain about them. If you're all about building and maintaining some of the nicest landscapes on the south shore then this is for you. If you want to mindlessly clock hours go apply to a box store. We're all about Killin it! Need someone that's ready to go first thing every morning until the landscape day ends (which varies every day). If there's rain days during the week you might have to work Saturdays and/or Sundays to make up for it.
If you have current issues that interfere with the work day such as weekly court ordered drug testing, drug related issues, alcoholism, domestic problems, constantly looking at your cell phone, or anything that may interfere with work then do not apply.
I'm motivated to build and maintain top notch landscapes and I need employees on that same wavelength. Is that you? If so, then this may be the job for you!

The position will depend on the level of expertise. There is room for an experienced Mason as well as a position for the right individual that is motivated to work hard and learn. We like to come up with unique designs and ideas that we sometimes incorporate into our projects. We would like to hire someone that is interested in working on such projects. Applicants will need a valid driver's license. Any outside interruptions with the work schedule cannot be accepted. If you have drug testing, drug problems, regular court visits, family obligations, or anything else that you know will get in the way of our regular work schedule then this is not the job for you. The length of work days vary. Expect some days may be long. Experience with finishing concrete especially stamped is a plus. Experience with building stone walls, steps, etc is a plus. Experience with paver installation and retaining wall systems is a plus. Skid steer and/or excavator Experience is a plus. We are quickly becoming the go to company in the area for unique patios and hardscapes. If you'd like to be part of a team working on these projects then please fill out an application.

-Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
-Must get DOT medical card which really just entails visiting your doctor for a physical.
-Must have landscape maintenance experience with such things as operating stander and/or Walker style mowers, string trimming, trimming shrubs, edging, mulching, clean ups, dethatching, aerating, and other various landscape maintenance tasks.
-Non smoker
- Extra consideration will be given to applicants that also have some general mechanical knowledge. Like how to change a belt on a mower, how to change other parts on a mower, how to change brakes on a vehicle etc.
-Extra consideration also give to people with hardscape experience. Especially masonry and patio paver experience.

Starting pay would be $14-$19/hr depending on experience in all areas mentioned. Because of rain days and busy seasons etc sometimes Saturdays will be required! Most weeks will be 40-50hrs. You may call me at 781-760-5819 to set up an interview.

Nice little patio and fire pit area that we completed recently in Kingston. I did a walkway for them about 8 years ago and they kept my number for all these years. Happy to have repeat customers.

We finished this Pembroke project recently. We had a couple of setbacks but we stuck with it and it came out beautiful. We finished it off with a sod installation. We hope that they enjoy it and everyone else that sees this beautiful pool patio as well.
