(Building Information Modeling). This unique design process allows us to design a new home with our clients, eliminating the need for the client to be able to read or understand two dimensional blueprints. As we design, we are able to show you the home exactly as it will be built. We can walk you through the home in real time 3D allowing you to see and get a feeling for the home and its various elements. This process allows you the opportunity to make changes within minutes and not the hours and days it takes were you to ask for changes that have been drawn in conventional CAD lines and circles like the days of the past. This also allows us to work closely with your builder and value engineer the home utilizing the latest building techniques.
