These are less than 2 years old- I feel terrible for the homeowners but was able to save these and bring them back for a substantial cost saving over replacement. I truthfully believe that if your going to hire this out- you should look at pictures of the persons past projects. There’s a huge difference in diy style tops and professionally done precast
