Growing up, my father spent most of his life on industrial construction sites. One thing he always told me stuck with me:
“The best electricians are scared of electricity.”
Not scared in a weak way, but respectful of what it can do when it’s handled wrong. That mindset is what pushed me to learn things the right way, to double-check, and to never take shortcuts.
