Another mailbox stand replacement!

Look at that gas line right under the old stand😳😳. Perfect example of how important it is to have 811 come out and mark before any digging is done. We had to shift the stand a little to the left.

Replacing a shower one day, then replacing community mailbox stands the next, then painting a house. We do it all! Michael and Justin did an amazing job spot priming, cutting in and painting!

We used Sherwin Williams latitude for the wood siding and used Sherwin Williams Emerald trim urethane for the front door. Sprayed with the Graco Quick Shot and back rolled. Another extremely happy customer!

We install stands better than any new home builder in the area. They are setting stands directly in dirt with no stone for drainage which leads to settling, leaning and rotting posts! All of our stands are set 3’ deep with a crushed limestone base. Then filled and compacted with crushed limestone. HOAs prefer no concrete so they are easy to replace if hit by a vehicle. Our stands are incredibly sturdy!

Today was the PERFECT day to be working outside. We spent today replacing community mailbox stands for La Cabreah. All of the numbers were custom cut on our CNC Plasma table. We used cedar tone treated pine, #9 crushed limestone (great for drainage), brand new mailboxes, metal caps and flashing at the bottom of every post!

Another tub to shower conversion in the works! You never know what is hidden in a wall until its cut open lol. The original plumbing installed was pretty wild. Plumbing had to get relocated back into the wall. Drain size increased from 1 1/2” to 2”.

This is a Flexstone install with Delta shower fixture, matching Flexstone niche, matching corner shelves and a black dreamline shower door.

Also, I would like to welcome our newest employees Michael and Justin! They are willing to learn and have been doing a great job! It’s incredibly important we keep the trades alive and teach them when they are young!

It would be amazing if Fort Wayne could get all these damn potholes fixed… I wouldn’t have to be replacing a broken leaf...
