As a general contractor, roofing is most definitely one of our services and we understand that a new roof is only as good as what is underneath it!🏠🔨

We just wrapped up 5 roof replacements in Dunlap for the same client, and unfortunately 2 of the structures needed new roof plywood 😱

While some contractors may try to get in and get out without replacing something like this, we hold pride in giving our customers quality through honesty. In this scenario we simply sent our client the pictures of the bad plywood, estimated the cost, got the approval, and got the job done in a timely manner with weather on the way! 👍🏼

Sometimes going the extra step may take some more time but giving our clients a better product for years to come is always at the top of our list 🙌🏼

This home had an old popcorn ceiling that the homeowners were tired of looking at! We transformed the space using bead board and stained poplar! 🏡🪵

The result is a warm, inviting ceiling that completely changes the look and feel of the room while adding character and value to the home. 🙌🏼

Leinen Construction would like to congratulate our office manager, Haley Sears and her husband Dillon on welcoming their new baby GIRL into the world earlier this week! 🥺

Before, during, and after! Trust the process, even if it’s messy😜🙏🏼🙌🏼

On this project we removed a center bearing wall, temporarily supported ceiling joists and installed a 3 ply LVL. We relocated the kitchen area and added and island for a nice open concept 😎
