Fun project out close to Lake O the Pines. Started out clearing the house location and then thinning the trees down toward the pond to open up the view. Had to make adjustments while building the pad to compensate for the weather. Over all the project went as planned. After completion, thebland owner wanted some mulching done to open up the area behind the house. This place will be beautiful once finishes building the house. Fire pit and patio is finished, sprinkler system is next then the final step will be spreading some grass seed. Will be a beautiful view of the fire this fall!!

Had a rough start on this project, mother nature made sure dust would not be an issue, lol. Finally, the sun came out, and we were able to get this project rolling. This is a 6 foot x 50 retaining wall using Austin Big Blocks. Called in some assistance from Jose Martinez with Martinez Landscaping to lend a hand. It's still a work in progress as we are building a fire pit and a flagstone patio area.

Unfortunately the 450J hasn't had a very good run of luck since we bought it last year. The latest issue wasn't repairable due to the parts being completely unavailable. So out with the old and in with the new. Picked up a D2 today and went straight to the job site. Rain hinder any work from happening today but tomorrow, we will give it a little workout and see what it can do!!

Cleared a highline right of way and did some mulching. We definitely need some rain, gonna nick name the mulcher Pig Pen!! Kicks up some dust
