TLM Home Improvements, a small family owned business is in search of an experienced lawn care worker. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Core responsibilities:
-Operate commercial zero turn mowers
-Operate commercial trimmers & blowers
-Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment as necessary
-Transport mulch/stone/debris via wheelbarrow

Required skill sets:
-Abilty to safely and efficiently operate commercial zero turn mowers
-Abilty to safely and efficiently operate gas trimmers and edger
-Ability to lift 50+lbs repeatedly throught a day
-Must have transportation to and from business location

Typical work day 8am-4pm, some days end early.

Pay: $20/hr, $140/day minimum. Growth opportunities available based on performance.

TLM Total Lawn Care, a service offered through TLM Home Improvements, is in search of Lawn Care Crew for the upcoming season. Looking to add a versatile crew member to primarily support the lawn care accounts, but also help as a laborer for Home Improvement jobs. The home improvement work is an option to fill out full-time hours for the crew member. We will consider part time for just lawn care work.

Primary lawn care duties:
-Operate zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers and other typical tools for lawn care work
-Mulch instalation, yard cleanups & general yard maintenance
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Desired skill sets:
-zero turn experience
-trimmer & edging experience
-ability to lift 50+lbs

Required skill sets:
-on-time and reliable
-good communication
-saftety mindset

Pay will be based on qualifications. $16-20/hr
Pay for performance incentives

Rainy day Monday called for interior work. Went back to crank out the final boards of this 1000sqft install. Just need to install baseboard and this one will be wrapped up.
