You guys… this one turned out SO GOOD. 😍 We have officially finished creating our fall truck setup out at Bluestem Acres and I cannot wait for you all to see everything we have planned for this season. 🍁✨

Photographers — if you’re wanting the RAWS for this setup to edit and share with your own clients, drop an emoji below! 👇 We’ll be releasing all the details soon, but wanted to go ahead and get a feel for interest first.

We are only offering a LIMITED amount of sessions and rentals out here for this setup to help keep parking smooth, preserve privacy, and make the experience feel relaxed and magical for everyone involved. 🤍

Hey photographers! 🤍

We wanted to share a few updated rental details for Bluestem Acres going forward due to higher traffic and parking flow on the property.

🌾 Land Rental
• $55 for 1 hour
• Includes up to 2 families/clients

📸 Mini Session Rental
• $75 for 1 hour
• Includes up to 4 families/clients
• Additional families are $15 per family after the first 4

For any mini sessions beyond the included amount, there will be an additional add-on fee. This helps us manage parking, timing, and the flow of clients on the property.

These same rental guidelines will apply to floral rentals as well.

We are already working on fall and Christmas setups and will be sharing those soon! We’re so thankful for everyone who uses Bluestem Acres, and we truly love seeing what you create out here.

One important reminder: this is also our home, and our kids are here. Please make sure your clients do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. If they do arrive early, they’ll need to wait on the dirt road before the gravel driveway and not pull up the long gravel driveway until their scheduled time.

‼️Important Reminder for all clients and photographers booking at Bluestem Acres‼️

Please respect your scheduled session timeframe and do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your reserved time. Early arrivals create disruptions, as Bluestem Acres is both a business and our private home.

Waiting in vehicles on the property before your scheduled time is not permitted. If you arrive early, we ask that you wait off property until your session window begins.

We work hard to accommodate everyone’s scheduled time fairly and ask that all guests be respectful of those boundaries. Please initial below once you have read and understood these policies.
