Some pics of an exterior restoration project we’re working on at Lake Murray. We’re excited to help restore this 40 year old lake house to its former beauty. As you can imagine, the deck required lots of structural repairs. New decking and railing will be installed next. Stay tuned.

Despite some brutal attacks from swarming Asian lady beetles, we put a bow on the container home project this week.

A 2 man crew completed this job in just under 300 billable hours. The project included a steel framed roof, stick framed walls, Zip System sheathing, snap-lock standing seam metal roofing and trim, and LP smart siding and trim. Excited to see the finished product after paint!
