🏡 Finished and ready for move-in! 🏡

We’re excited to share this beautiful custom home we recently completed for Jay and Pepper.

This home has so many great features, but the full wraparound porch is definitely one of our favorites. Add in the custom kitchen, gorgeous tile shower, screened porch, and all the natural light throughout, and it’s easy to see why we love this one so much.

One thing we always tell homeowners is that having design guidance throughout the process can make all the difference. From exterior selections and floor plan adjustments to cabinetry, tile, countertops, and finishes, making hundreds of decisions can feel overwhelming. That’s why we work closely with our clients every step of the way and offer design services as part of the custom home building experience.

Jay and Pepper were amazing clients to work with from day one, and we can’t thank them enough for trusting us to build their home. Watching their vision come together and become a place they can call home is one of the best parts of what we do.

Congratulations, Jay and Pepper—we hope you make a lifetime of memories here! 🤍

To all the dads, granddads, stepdads, and father figures — Happy Father's Day.

We spend our days building houses, but the best parts of any home are the memories made inside it. Whether it's sharing a Sunday afternoon bushel of crabs, helping with homework at the kitchen table, or simply being there when your family needs you most, those moments are what make a house a home.

Wishing everyone a great Father's Day weekend, but especially these dads who work together to build our homes every day.

Good design doesn't happen by accident—it happens through collaboration.

Framing is underway on this beautiful new custom home in Point Farm, Selbyville, and we're excited to see it starting to take shape.

One of the things we enjoy most about our process is working alongside local draftsmen and our clients from the very beginning. When your builder is involved during the design phase, you have the opportunity to create a home that's not only beautiful, but also practical to build and aligned with your budget goals.

Too often, people spend months designing a home only to find out later that it doesn't fit their budget. Having your builder involved early allows for real-world feedback on costs, construction methods, and design decisions throughout the process.
