was established in 2012 as a consulting business providing cost analysis and exploratory services for several Architects and Contractors in the Tri State area. As of February 2013, BRS was transitioned to a full service General Contracting Company with the additional focus of providing new building construction, additions, up-fitting/renovations which also includes historic renovation and HVAC.

Attention Abbott's Mill Visitors...
Starting today, our historic Mill, Barn, and Shed will be actively under construction over the next several months. Delaware Historical and Cultural Affairs, one of our State partners, has hired BRS Consulting, Inc, out of Harrington, DE, to conduct structural and cosmetic repairs to all 3 buildings.
Our popular Johnson's Branch Accessible Boardwalk will still be open for visitors, as are the rest of our 6-miles of trails. However, the historical buildings and surrounding construction area will be off limits to the public.
