Adam’s Mobile Welding is looking for an experienced Sales Associate & Estimator for our Steel Fabrication & Mechanical Division!
This position is for someone with experience in steel fabrication and mechanical/industrial projects, including work in steel mills, factories, and industrial facilities.
Our mechanical division handles projects including pipe work, steel fabrication, mechanical work, installation, maintenance, and other industrial projects.

🔹 Responsibilities include: • Building & maintaining customer relationships
• Developing new business
• Estimating steel fabrication & mechanical projects
• Preparing bids and proposals
• Working with customers to understand project needs
• Working with our field & management teams
• Following projects from estimate to completion
🔹 We’re looking for someone with: • Experience in steel fabrication and/or mechanical/industrial work
• Experience with steel mills, factories, or industrial facilities
• Knowledge of pipe work, fabrication & mechanical projects
• Sales and/or estimating experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer-service skills
• Dependability, professionalism & motivation

We need someone who understands the work AND knows how to build and maintain great customer relationships.

🔥💪 HARD WORK. TOUGH JOB. AMAZING CREW. 💪🔥
Our guys are doing some absolutely incredible work right now! They’re inside of grain bins working 10+ hour days in temperatures reaching over 133°F. 🥵
That kind of work takes dedication, strength, and a work ethic that deserves to be recognized. We are beyond proud of our guys! 👏🇺🇸

But we also want to remind everyone that this kind of heat is extremely dangerous. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke can happen quickly, especially when you're doing hard physical labor in an enclosed space.
❤️ At Adam’s Mobile Welding, our employees aren't just employees — they're family. We care about the people who work for us, and no job is more important than making sure everyone gets home safely.

💧 Drink plenty of water and electrolytes.
🧊 Take cooling breaks.
👀 Watch out for your coworkers.
⚠️ Know the warning signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

July Employee of the Month – Alex! 🎉
Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Alex, our Sales Manager!

When Alex first joined our team, he wasn’t very tech-savvy, but he never let that slow him down. He jumped right in, asked questions, and has been learning more every single day. He’s always willing to learn something new and is never afraid to ask for help when he needs it.

One thing about Alex, you’ll never have to wonder if he’s in the office! 😂 If you need to focus on work, don’t sit at the desk next to him because every time he moves it sounds like the whole building is falling down. He’s definitely the loudest person in the office, but we love him and wouldn’t have it any other way!

One thing we can always count on is that he’s willing to help wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s working in the office, helping the guys out in the shop, or heading to a job site, he’s always ready to jump in. Even if it’s something he’s never done before, he’ll give it his all and figure it out. Alex has become a great part of our team, and we’re thankful for everything he does. Congratulations, Alex! We appreciate all of your hard work and are proud to have you on our team.

🏆 June Employee of the Month – Kevonte (KV) 🎉

KV has been with us less than a year and has already earned Employee of the Month twice, exactly six months apart!

One of the biggest jokesters on our team, KV always keeps us laughing and brings a positive attitude wherever he goes. But when it’s time to work, he works hard and gets the job done.

Kevonte came to us with no experience, but he never backed down from a challenge. He has worked hard, learned quickly, and grown tremendously both as a person and an employee. His dedication and progress show in the quality of his work every day.
