Just finished up this nice little basement finishing job. Approximately 600 sq ft with a full bathroom and 48 inch Sterling shower, large main area, a partially finished closet, storage area and utility closet. LVP flooring with matching custom bent stair treads. Everything flows perfect with main level of house. Kohler shower door and storm door for rear entry door are on way. Custom 48 x 36 ceramic tile shower installation / replacement of old original one piece fiberglass unit. Includes built in full length ledge niche and tiled foot ledge for shaving. After removal of old shower, pony partition wall was very loose and we stiffened wall with large iron angle brackets and additional 2x4s extended into joists. 8 x 16 and 3 x 6 gloss white tile used with acrylic base and Moen matte black faucet. Custom Basco shower door is being made and will be installed next. Enola, PA
