Landscaping around a new pool completed back in July. The pool, concrete work, and pool house were built by other contractors. With it being so hot plants we’re going to be installed later in the year. Shaping of the landscape beds were completed by my self along with the spreading of the mulch, placing of the boulders, and spreading of the fire rock.

Cleanup, lawn repair, and landscaping of hill side after a septic tank replacement. In the late part of winter there septic tank lid collapsed. I came in after completion of that job, cut / removed 2 feet of the wall, thin set new cap on the wall, cleaned up and landscaped that area. And repaired the lawn. This job was done in stages through out the spring and summer. I only did the landscaping, lawn repair, and cutting of the wall and install of the new cap. The original wall was already existing and built by another contractor back in the day. The septic repair was completed by another contractor as well. The paver sidewalk and steps was existing and built by another contractor back in the day.

Completed just in time for the much needed rain 🌧 a lawn install after the completion of a new in ground swimming pool / construction of an outside pavilion. I was contracted to do the dirt work, shaping of the landscape beds, and lawn install. Roughly 9 tri axle loads of raw topsoil was used to make the rough grade, and 4 loads of screen topsoil to make the final grade. The lawn was hand raked, fertilized, seeded with Coated Turf Type Tall Fescue Mix, mushroom compost spread, and over seeded. The pool install, concrete work, and construction of the pool house were all build / completed by other contractors.

My most recent wall job. Start to finish you can see all the hard work that goes into building a 💪 strong wall, built to last. Waiting on the electrician to run the wire for a light fixture to be mounted on the pillar at the end of the wall. The block is a R.I. Lampus Company product, Versa Lok Standard color Desert Blend with Espresso C-cap. And to finish it off some new landscaping to complete this masterpiece. Enjoy your new wall and landscaping. Started in late September and completed mid October. Check out the transformation from start to finish. These brick walls were unsafe and ready to fall at any moment. To help cut down the cost, I graded the front lawn rather build a new wall how it originally existed. I’ll work with you to help save you money any way I can. The new walls and pillars are Versa lok Standard color - Desert Blend a R.I. Lampus Company product. The cap stone is Versa lok C-Cap color Desert Blend. The concrete work was done by another contractor. Building quality hardscapes for the last 10 years and counting.

I am excited to reveal my most recent back yard transformation and it’s a jaw dropper. From start to finish you can see step by step on the process of how this patio was pieced together. The upper patio is a 16’ circle patio laid on a 45 degree angle. The pavers are Unilock Beacon Hill color - River Blend. The sitting wall and pillars are Lampus Country Stone color - Allegheny Blend with Unilock Copthorn Basalt for a decorative accent border. The cap are Charcoal Summit Cap by Blockhouse Concrete Works, LLC. The fire pit block are Lampus Castle Rock color -Allegheny Blend with a 3 piece charcoal cap. The pavers on the lower sidewalk are Unilock Beacon Hill - River Blend with Copthorn Basalt as the accent border.

Just recently completed over Labor Day weekend. Check out the before, during, and after photos on this front yard transformation. The wall is a Bauer Company, INC. product ( Compac III Straight Face ) color Sandstone. The design of this wall helped increase the driveway parking space and also make it easier to get in and out of the garage. Have an old wall that is falling apart, unsafe to be around ?
