🌿 NOW HIRING: Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Team Member.

Lawn 'N Yards LLC is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team! If you love working outdoors and want to build a real career, we want to hear from you.
💰 Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (Based on experience) Overtime: Time and a half paid after 40 hours of work per week. Payroll: Paid weekly every week!
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal Schedule: Monday through Friday (Weekends only as needed for weather delays)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Mow, edge, and trim residential and commercial lawns. Maintain landscaping beds by pulling w**ds, planting flowers, and spreading mulch. Perform seasonal cleanups including leaf removal and pruning shrubs or small trees. Operate outdoor power equipment safely, including zero-turn mowers, edgers, w**d whippers, and leaf blowers. Load and unload equipment and materials safely from trucks and trailers.
📋 Job Requirements Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to get to work on time every day.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, wind). Strength: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Experience: Previous lawn care experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
License & Driving (A Major Plus): A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely drive a truck and trailer setup are highly preferred.

Unfortunately, today around 3pm in Fraser, I had cut off I believe a Gray/Silver Mercedes that had the right away making a left hand turn off 14 Mile Rd on to Mulvey Rd.
