👋 Meet the owner behind Integrity Contracting — Ben Bowser!
Long before Integrity Contracting had a name, Ben was learning the value of hard work right alongside his dad and brothers. He started working in the family business at just 12 years old, and those early years laid the foundation for what would become more than 30 years of experience in steel roofing and siding.
In 2020, Ben started Integrity Contracting after recognizing a need for a dependable crew to build the metal buildings his family’s business was selling. What started as an answer to a need has grown into a company built around the same values Ben has carried with him from the beginning: do good work, do it right, and take care of the people you work for.
And while there’s a lot that goes into running a business, family is still at the heart of Ben’s life. Outside of Integrity, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sharla, and their four kids, as well as managing his vacation rental business.
We’re grateful for the experience, hard work, and genuine care Ben brings to Integrity Contracting every day. We’re proud to have him leading the way! 🏠🔨
