Another Full Design Package in the books! Had so much fun working with the customers to design this custom home to be built in Harrison next spring.

Our process usually begins with customer ideas from floorplans they find online or a series of Pinterest ideas. These customers came with their own layout they designed on grid paper and we took that vision all the way to renderings and a full working print set that's ready for the building department. We design the home in 3D in a series of interactive meetings, giving the customer full visualization and control over the comfort, feel, and flow of their new home.

As a licensed Builder with over 7 years of experience in building homes, we're also well equipped to give practical advice on your project and cost estimations as we go through the design process; fighting back against the sticker shock most people get when going through a similar package with an architect. Another Full Design Package in the books for a customer in Ludington, MI!

The customer and builder had a general vision on what they wanted to fit on this relatively narrow site, and from there we worked together to shape that vision into a comprehensive set of prints and renderings.
