We replaced a few windows today as well as repaired a deck from a tree that fell during the last storm. It was a simple deck repair however the location added a twist of safety concerns. The repair went off without a hitch once those were addressed.

The old sidewalk and the “new” sidewalk are now gone. Now we need to dig it out 4 foot over.
Apparently the city built the road up which made them haul dirt in the yard which made them cap the old side walk, I was not really expecting 7-8” of concrete.
I’m glad to be done.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me and Custom Craft thus far. If you don’t know, I have decided to further my education and enrolled at NAK. Because of my busy schedule and the fact that I need to finish my own home remodel, I have branched out into lawn care which is a great deal more flexible. If you suspect a water leak, don't wait 5 years to fix it. I was actually able to put my hand through this 2x10 with almost no force.

It's been awhile I know, I've had a lot going on.
This has been a fun project.
The gentlemans father passed away but not before making these oak and walnut hand rails.
I turned them into top rails for his banister after extended it and plowing the underside.
