Milam Refrigeration is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and callers, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression while providing essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.

📫 Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism & clear communication
-Preform basic office filing and administrative tasks
-Monitor schedules and assist with dispatching service calls
-General administrative duties as needed

❗️Requirements
-Knowledge of Harrison & surrounding areas
-Reliable transportation to & from work
-Strong multitasking and organization
-Excellent verbal communication and customer service
-Typing & computer operation
-Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 1hr lunch 12pm-1pm
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus but not required.
