We’re proud to have lead the historic restoration and renovation of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish in Staunton, VA.

This 6,000+ square foot project revitalized the sacristy, chapel, and sanctuary, with special attention to preserving the character of the space. Restoration efforts included refinishing the original 1895 pews and enhancing the sanctuary for future generations.

In Mount Jackson, we provided pre-construction, design-build, and general contracting services for this 160,000 SF industrial factory and warehouse.

Built with insulated metal panels, the facility supports a range of controlled environments, from freezers and coolers to heated production areas. The project also includes an 8,300 SF utility building and an 18,000 SF two-story office designed to support research, development, and laboratory testing.

Today, we had the opportunity to host a lunch at Massanutten for all the crews working across our three active job sites on the mountain. From our Harman employees to the many subcontractor partners helping bring these projects to life, it was a small way for us to say thank you for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork happening on these sites every day.

We are grateful for the strong partnerships and the people behind the progress. Projects like these are only possible because of the effort and commitment of everyone involved. Thank you to all the crews for everything you do! 👏🔨🏗️

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Gavin Diehl - one of the many bright young talents helping shape the future at Harman Construction!

Gavin joined the Harman team shortly after graduating from Broadway High School and completing the MTC Carpentry Program. Since day one, he has brought a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a drive to learn that immediately stood out to everyone around him.

Gavin first got his start with us working on the Public Works Administration Building project and is now contributing to the Massanutten Hotel project. No matter the job, he continues to impress with his sharp mindset, determination, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

When he’s not on the jobsite, Gavin is staying just as busy. He recently completed his first year at Bridgewater College, where he is studying Engineering while also competing on both the track and cross country teams. Balancing college athletics, academics, and construction work is no easy task, but Gavin handles it with the same focus and dedication he brings to work every day.

Gavin is a hardworking and driven young man with a bright future ahead of him, and we’re incredibly lucky to have him as part of the Harman Construction team. We can’t wait to see all he accomplishes in the years to come!
