You have a problem, we have a solution... 10 years ago we did our Graniflex system at Loft Mountain in the showers, laundry room and the store. They are so impressed with the performance of those floors, so they asked us if we wanted to do some more. Problem was, it was 16 degrees and snow all over. Tight time frame to get it all done before the campground opens up.

Welcome to the Graniflex system. Our premier system that allows us to do our projects with no temperature restrictions, unfortunately, lol. Bc we worked through 22 degree days plus windchill to get these done. No power, no heat, no protection from the elements. But we persisted.

We hand formed all of our cove in the showers, repaired the concrete, waterproofed it, full flake broadcast with the same flake blend colors that we used 10 years ago to create continuity. Finished with 2 seal coats for a strong, durable, long lasting finish.

ohhh, and yeah... if you want to see deer and more deer. Head on up to Skyline drive and head towards Big Meadows. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way up, keep your eyes out for the deer. We saw over 20 in just the morning trip to the job site and that or more on the way back. No matter if there was snow on the ground or not.

Sometimes you don't need coatings, you need someone to remove all the glue and to grind the concrete smooth and clean for a successful build out. New construction build in Stuarts Draft had issues with the sealer through construction process and weather. We ground it all off back down to the bare concrete and smoothed out the floor through our preparation process. We sealed the expansion joints with a flexible joint filler and gave the owner a beautiful 123 System for a clean, chemical resistant, durable and visually appealing floor.

Dmitriy and his brother picked our medium gray 123 system with our anti-slip added in the seal coats to create some traction while creating a smooth, easy to clean, seamless and beautiful finish to make his dream and vision come true.

Great job Benjamin Hatter on your work. Another beautiful renovation job. Customer looked at the basement and it was going to be his man cave. Wondering if he should do anything to it. He looked at his bathroom floor and said, I guess I would use that as my color reference....

Off on vacation, when he got back... he got to see his new floor creation... and he loves it.

The Service writers office at Truck Enterprises has gotten a sweet upgrade. As we have been polishing and changing 71,000 sq/ft of concrete over there... this room got diamond ground, colored, cleaned, sealed and protected with our satin urethane finish. Looks beautiful. Joints filled and shaved smooth to create a beautiful finish.

We were asked to see what we could do, on some new stained concrete, that had cracks and an “alligator skin” type of appearance. Our Graniflex system is the perfect answer for this kind of situation. The homeowner had a 355 sq ft front porch with steps and a 550 sq ft, 3-pad concrete area, in the back of the home.

To start, the stain had to be removed, via diamond grinder. Then we acid etched and primed the concrete, repaired the cracks and imperfections. We then applied the Graniflex system and seal coated it, to create a one of a kind, stone look. Not only did the homeowner select a color flake that perfectly complimented the home, Graniflex also provides durability, traction, protection from the elements, such as salt and chemicals. Its rubber system literally permeates into the concrete for an incredible bond and completely waterproofs it, making it an absolutely wonderful option for exterior concrete. When the amazing crew, of Grottoes Volunteer Fire Department, were getting ready to celebrate their 75th Anniversary 🇺🇸 they knew they had to update their bay floors and make them beautiful again. That’s when they contacted us! We were up for the challenge and wanted to give them a new, durable, long lasting floor, for them to enjoy and have pride in.

We began by removing the failing epoxy and the sealer. We mainly used our 1200 lb planetary diamond grinder, for the grand space, along with our Hum-B grinder and hand grinders along the edges. LOTS of detail work! We repaired cracks throughout, and corrected and rebuilt a new area on the concrete platform, that was severely damaged. We sealed, waterproofed along the edges and then applied our commercial grade 123 system. The fire department chose a custom color, Gun Metal Gray, to match their newly painted interior walls. We also custom created the urethane yellow lines, that they will use as a guide, while backing in their huge emergency equipment.

The results… a floor to be super proud of.

Then, since they wash their beautiful trucks frequently, we applied our Wash and Seal hydrophobic sealer to over 10,000 sq/ft of exterior concrete to make it waterproof. This sealer, will then repel contaminants, along with stopping it from deteriorating. All while not changing the look or feel of the concrete.

It was a complete pleasure to work with Jeff Morris and the amazing group of people we met there. We thank you for that opportunity.
