The Massanutten WaterPark is taking shape! In the photos you can see my partner Fred standing under the 3,600 square foot skylight where the indoor wave pool will be, as well as in front of the 10 foot diameter "family slide tube" where 6 people can ride a raft down!
On the outside, you can see the skylit roofs as well as the new slide tubes. For scale, notice the work van under the tubes!

Re-imagined space can change everything! This 40-year old residential building at Sunnyside Retirement Community was in need of new life, as well as additional apartments. The vision developed into the conversion of a seldom used courtyard into a 2-story indoor fully conditioned Atrium with a Bistro, sitting areas, planters, elevator and lots of natural light. New apartments were constructed along one side enclosed the area, and timber roof trusses were used to span the new space.
The residents now have a multipurpose space that they can use and enjoy all year long!

We will be breaking ground very soon to construct the new Wellness Facility for the Town of Bridgewater. Connecting to two existing indoor tennis courts, this facility will provide a flexible fitness facility for Town residents which includes a gym suitable for basketball, volleyball, pickleball or other similar activities, an elevated walking track, a separate Group Fitness area and Toilet/Locker Rooms which will serve both the building and the outdoor Park, which is adjacent!
The style of the exterior harkens the "Industrial Age" of the late 1800's and early 1900's, which the Town requested in order to complement the character of other buildings in Town.
