Found out the problem to my trailer lights, had a broken wire. Believe it's fixed and ready to hit the road.

Trying out 2 new menu items I think they will end up remaining on there. We have a fried chicken sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomato. And a deep fried brownie and oh my! Both are 🔥🔥.

The one item I need to get right Gordon food service keeps trying to send me the wrong thing. Big onions shouldn't be an issue this time of year and on top of that they went from 35 a box to 50 now really.
