From garage to custom living space. 🔨

This transformation is really starting to come to life with one of the standout features being the custom detailed ceiling design throughout the space.

One of our favorite parts so far is the barrel ceiling in what will be the bathroom and the design in the center of what will be the main living area— handcrafted with bead board by owner, Rick Mason and crew. Details like this are what make a project feel custom instead of cookie cutter. When working with real wood like this, each measurement and cut has to be precise. This is Rick's favorite kind of project.

This is too good to not share again!

This was a complete remodel from the ground up. The roof had to be lifted and the floor joist and sub-floor had to be replaced.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic remodel — this home was rebuilt from the ground up.

Before the finishes, fixtures, and upgrades could begin, the roof had to be lifted due to severe sagging. The subfloor and floor joist were removed and replaced with treated floor joists and 3/4” Advantech to create a solid floor, built to last.

From there, this space was completely transformed with updated flooring, custom tile work, refreshed living spaces, and a bright modern kitchen designed for everyday living.

Projects like this are about more than making a house look good — they’re about restoring strength, safety, and creating a place that truly feels like home again.
