We just finished this third floor bathroom. We took out a claw foot bathtub and made a walk in shower. We build that radiator cover and topped it with a piece of marble. Then we got really fancy with a custom mirror with the cut out for the light. The space worked out really well.

This is a backsplash we completed today. Hand painted marble tile. Simple but pretty.

The other is a work in progress. There will be a 2nd level deck with covered space below. We installed a rubber roof with a floating deck frame. We also installed builtin copper gutters. The overhang is a scaled down version of the main roof overhang with dentil moulding and such. More to come

Another recently completed bathroom. We reconfigured the master bathroom to include a huge walkin shower with 2 niches, a bench, a ceiling mount rain head shower as well as a traditional shower head and wand. We custom built all the paneling with recessed medicine cabinets and a wall mount toilet. And a blue ceiling to boot!

We have done a lot of bathrooms in the past couple of years. I love how this one turned out. We expanded the master bathroom into the adjacent bedroom and added a soaking tub with the shower. A full herringbone wall was a challenge but it came out great. We built all the cabinetry as well.

We just completed this master bathroom. We enlarged the bathroom by moving the wall separating it from the master closet. This allowed a larger shower and a built-in linen closet. We also made the vanity and restored all the original woodwork.

We started the year strong. All new hand made mahogany cabinetry with stone tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Glass tile kitchen backsplash. New tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. We also painted the whole condo. A great job to get us through winter.
