This porch needed a facelift after years of sinking from a dirt base. We removed all the brick and concrete to build a new entry way built on a gravel base, new concrete footing and reclaimed bricks. Weather has been great to lay down some Belgard Outdoor Living fireplace, seat walls and 2,900 sq ft of pavers. This is a two year project and this is the first phase. Plantings are going in, irrigation lines ran, stone install and fence going in this week. Stay tuned for updated pictures. Another outdoor living space in the making for making many years of memories! Big shout out to the install crews and all the hard work and details to make this patio 👌.

This install was one that tested our crew on tight spaces. Having the right equipment to do the job is what really made this job run smooth. We were very limited to get to the back yard, had above/below power lines to watch for and a tight driveway to tend too. Completed our final project this year, despite the changing weather conditions. 120 tons of outcropping stone, custom snapped cap for the wall and snapped steppers. Building relationships with other contractors in the trades make jobs go smoother from start to finish. We were referred on this job by Custom Edge Construction to remove debris from old pool, raise grade, dig/pour footings for new deck, gravel for under the deck, edging/stone and lawn restoration. Customer wanted some old walls removed and rebuilt with better matching stone and filled with river stone. We will finish the remaining walls in spring. This job had many start/stop parts of the job so the deck could get built. We work with many contractors that we provide a one stop shop. Contact us now for your spring projects! We came up with a plan in early spring on this awesome ranch home that over looks Lake Sinissippi. We recommended natural outcropping stone for walls/accent pieces/character for a challenging hillside. With living in the country, we had to install Alliance Lighting to highlight the beautiful brick and trees we planted and path lights for the border edge of the planting beds. Completed with our Hydroseeding truck and temporary sprinkler set up, there will be grass in no time. If you have a new home build now, now is the time to call us for a spring install.
