During his pre-work assessment, Trey identified existing damage to a streetlight service and a primary phase that had come off its crossarm. By recognizing these hazards before work began, Trey demonstrated the importance of thorough pre-work assessments and proactive hazard identification.

Congratulations to our July Good Catch Winner, John Farmer!

While trimming, John identified a tree that had broken at the base and was hung up in another tree. Recognizing the hazard, John stopped to assess the situation before proceeding. Trimming the tree under normal conditions could have caused the broken tree to release, potentially resulting in an outage.
