This job took place in Lexington, South Carolina. We removed the island and cut the subfloor from around the cabinets exposing the the floor joist. We replaced the 3/4 inch particle board with 3/4 plywood subfloor and reinforced the floor joist around the cabinets. We finished the floors with a Shaw Matrix LVP flooring...PLEASE SHARE!!!

This week we’ve been focused on a 3-piece Belgard paver patio. This project took 5 days with two people and turned out great. Two weeks from now we will add a custom white pergola and a stack stone fireplace. PLEASE SHARE!!!
