Following any line work, some customers may notice air in the water lines, which can cause:
• Brief sputtering
• Cloudy or milky-looking water
• Temporary pressure fluctuations
These conditions are normal and harmless and should clear on their own as the system fully stabilizes. Running your cold water for a few minutes will help remove any trapped air.
If you continue to experience issues after a short time, please contact our office.

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Hartsville/Trousdale Water & Sewer Utility Board scheduled for tonight has been postponed.

The meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, June 1 at 5:00 PM.

Work has been completed and the water is back on.

🚧 Temporary Service Interruption Notice 🚧

To allow for the tie-in to the new pump house, water service on Browning Branch from Crenshaw Lane to Woods Lane will be temporarily interrupted.

Customers in the affected area may also experience lower than normal water pressure while the tie-in work is being completed.

🇺🇸 In observance of Memorial Day, the Hartsville/Trousdale Water & Sewer Utility Department office will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026.

Our office will reopen Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7:30 AM.
