We ❤️ demo day! It's sad to see a house get torn down but more exciting to see a new one go up.

The House on the Hill project is making steady progress. The non-historic ell was raised to make way for a new addition allowing for a bigger, more functional space.

In celebration of International Youth Day, we want to thank The Hole in The Wall Gang Camp on how they positively influence youth! This incredible group provides fun summer camp experiences to children who are marginalized and isolated because of serious illnesses. ✨Their mission is to help sick youth feel the healing embrace of acceptance and a sense of belonging while being surrounded by those who understand their unique challenges.

This gunite pool is getting installed at the House on the Hill project! 🏠

What is gunite? Gunite is a mixture of cement, sand, and water applied through a pressure hose, producing a dense hard layer of concrete over a rebar frame. It provides unparalleled levels of design flexibility, aesthetic quality and durability.💪

We just can't get enough of Aunt Debra's Cottage!🏡

What used to be a falling down cottage was given a new life as a four season home located in South Chatham cottage community.☀️ We are so glad the owners didn't want to tear it down, but instead they wanted to renovate and keep some of its charm. We understood the assignment!👌

Thats a wrap! We have officially completed our Sunken Meadows project.😍

This resort-style home is as close as you can get to living on the beach. 🏖️ Nearly every room in this house offers ocean views of the bay, reaching as far as Provincetown. It sits on 2 acres adjacent to Eastham Conservation and abutting the Wellfleet Audubon at the very end of a coveted stretch of beach. This is the perfect summer getaway home!☀️
