Schneeberger Collective is requesting qualifications from Cape Cod and Southern Massachusetts general contractors interested bidding on the renovations and construction of headquarters for the Harwich Conservation Trust.

Harwich Conservation Trust is a leader in creating public-private land conservation partnerships that sustain Harwich as a livable, vibrant community for current and future generations. Meet Dominic Apromollo, who first joined Schneeberger Collective in January 2024 and has recently joined our team full-time after earning his Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Dom brings precision, creativity, and a sharp design eye to every project he supports. His curiosity, calm presence, and collaborative approach have quickly made him a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Dom is always looking forward to his next travel destination. He believes that experiencing different cultures offers fresh perspectives that inspire both personal growth and creative thinking. Some homes aren't meant to be reinvented—they're meant to be carefully preserved.

This Chatham cottage presented an opportunity to honor nearly two centuries of history while thoughtfully adapting it for the way its owners live today.

Every intervention was approached with restraint, preserving the home's character while introducing comfort, functionality, and longevity for generations to come.

We're grateful to see this project featured in the latest issue of Boston Design Guide in the story "A Practice of Preservation."

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this home into its next chapter.
