Now Hiring: Operator/Laborer/CDL Driver
Saint Croix Sewer Service, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable individual for a full-time Operator/Laborer/CDL Driver position.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering quality results.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Starting pay is $30.00 per hour for candidates with no experience, with compensation based on qualifications, experience, and licensing.
Applicants should possess a Class A CDL or a Class B CDL with the ability to obtain a Class A license in the near future.

Responsibilities
• Septic and sewer system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Residential water system work
• Excavation and demolition projects
• Operation of motor vehicles and heavy equipment
• General labor and job site support
Qualifications
Applicants must:
• Be highly motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow oral and written instructions
• Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Demonstrate basic math skills
• Be honest, trustworthy, and reliable
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
