3G cellular network shutdown alert!

Why? AT&T and Verizon are turning off their 3G cellular signal to provide better service with 4G, LTE, and 5G services.

What happens?
The cellular communicator is the primary link from your security system to our monitoring center. If that link is shut off your system will not be able to reach us in an emergency.

When?
Over the next few months!

Who’s affected?
Systems installed before October 2018 and communicate via cellular network.

Cost?
To help our customers we are only charging the cost of the parts. Typical communicators cost $100-$200. Labor and trip charge is on us, to help ease the transition process.

How long does the service call take?
Typical communication upgrades take approximately 30 minutes on site.

What to do?
