Outdated elements have been replaced with modern alternatives! Removed these old rotten posts as they were no longer holding the load required. Replaced with treated 6x6 posts to upgrade the look of the front of this home. These new posts will be stained a dark color to really seal the deal! A client who had entrusted us with resolving their deck issues also approached us with a proposal for a custom flared staircase at the front of their residence. Having observed our craftsmanship on their back deck and roof, they were eager to engage our services once more. The staircase, meticulously constructed with treated custom stair stringers and surfaced with Trex composite decking, attests to our client's refined taste. We were engaged by a client to rectify a previous contractor's work. Prior to completion, the deck exhibited sagging and framing issues. We promptly commenced work, aiming to operate within the existing budget by retaining the current framing. We jacked the deck up back to level and incorporated four 4x6 beams with 4x6 legs on pavers to support the weight of this expansive deck. The previous contractor had utilized only six 4x4 posts; we supplemented these with six additional 4x4 posts for the roof structure. We constructed an 18x34 roof, covering it with galvanized metal r-panel and flashing it to the existing roof. The client had specifically requested two staircases and handrails, which we gladly accommodated.
