Customer had a bit of an emergency where their utility pole deteriorated at the base and broke, causing it to fall against the house. Luckily, a lot of things went about as good as possible... No one was hurt, Nick from Ameren came out right away and secured the pole upright until we could get them a new pole in the ground, what materials we didn't already have on hand we were able to get from Lacrosse and Ace locally! Lastly, we were in the middle of a few jobs we had planned to get to that day, and without hesitation, each one of my customers were more concerned with the stranger's emergency situation rather than themselves. Just refreshing to know, and be reminded, that MY customers are the BEST customers! 😉
