Did a new gas service this week. Needed gas for fireplace insert. Peco requires a 1 inch gas service even though only needed 3/8 inch for fireplace. Took over 1 month to get meter installed after piping was installed. Oh well! Am really glad this job is done.
Also had a furnace humidifier that was not working. Turned out solenoid valve was clogged. Wall fixed.
Another customer had no lights. Turned out needed new circuit breaker. Fixed it.
Realtor called. Sold house in Havertown. Codes required a backflow valve on basement washing machine standpipe. Required permit, picture, and signed invoice/contract. Spent 2 hours installing valve and 2 hours on paperwork. Rush job for settlement.
