🔨 Requirements include leadership of field employees in the areas of metal building and conventional construction, project scheduling and coordination with various subcontractors and suppliers, project site safety, meticulous communication with office personnel, architects, engineers and owners, and materials ordering and delivery. Proficiency in reading and understanding project drawings is a must. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is also desired. Other computer program knowledge is a bonus, such as Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
