Stand Up 4 Grain Safety Week

Because everyone deserves to go home from work each day, we have come together as an industry to take a stand for safety. The National Stand Up 4 Safety Week, sponsored by the Alliance, a collaboration of agriculture industry groups, provides a collective industry focus on and commitment to safety.

What is a safety Stand Up?

A dedicated focus on a hazard or set of hazards that our employees, contractors and our customers face every day.

Why do a Stand Up?

Many times, we fit trainings in quick or hand somebody a piece of paper to read and sign off on because we are busy. A Stand Up is stopping all activity during a set period of time, bringing everyone together and having a committed conversation or training that gets everyone thinking and talking about their safety and the hazards we should assess before starting a task.
