Employee Spotlight-
Tony started here almost 3 months ago and has been a great addition. Between learning the ropes, working at all the different locations he has been busy and hard to grab a photo of!

Troy sent a photo of Christian and his crew working hard in Olivia. They have been working at Hefty's most of the week and putting in huge hours!

Madison going to great heights for Hefty in Baltic the other day! Cool perspective that is fun to share.

Stand Up 4 Grain Safety Week

Because everyone deserves to go home from work each day, we have come together as an industry to take a stand for safety. The National Stand Up 4 Safety Week, sponsored by the Alliance, a collaboration of agriculture industry groups, provides a collective industry focus on and commitment to safety.

What is a safety Stand Up?

A dedicated focus on a hazard or set of hazards that our employees, contractors and our customers face every day.

Why do a Stand Up?

Many times, we fit trainings in quick or hand somebody a piece of paper to read and sign off on because we are busy. A Stand Up is stopping all activity during a set period of time, bringing everyone together and having a committed conversation or training that gets everyone thinking and talking about their safety and the hazards we should assess before starting a task.
