Let’s discuss two of the most common Signs of Water Damage which is staining and blistering on walls or ceilings.

Recognizing the signs of water damage early on is crucial to prevent further damage, structural deterioration, and potential health risks.

Excessive moisture on walls or ceilings can cause the paint or wallpaper to blister or peel. Depending on the source, you could also see discoloration relative to the paint. If the source of water is not stopped, this can lead to the ceiling falling or bowing in wooden structural members. Damage can be mitigated if we can detect and stop the source of leak early.

Fast drying techniques using specialized equipment will reduce the chances of health hazardous microbial growth. If spotted early enough there’s a potential to restore and dry in place without further damage.
