Most people think that all construction work is just digging holes and swinging a hammer. What they don't see is the guy who has already solved 10 problems before 9 oclock, the plans were wrong, machinery broke down, employees called in, the materials are late or the weather turned bad...and somehow the job still gets done.
Construction workers don't just pave roads and build houses, we solve problems all day long that most people never realize even existed. Thats what we do.
Its a different skill set and deserves alot more respect than some people give it.
