A big shoutout to our technician, Ethan, for going above and beyond while wrapping up a recent job. As he was performing his final inspection of the work area, he noticed a very slight gas leak near the meter. He immediately notified the homeowner and our office, then contacted Avista. Their team arrived quickly and safely shut off the gas within minutes. 👏👏👏

By taking the time to thoroughly inspect the area before leaving, Ethan helped identify a potential safety issue before it became a much bigger problem.

We're proud to have team members who take their work seriously and always put our customers' safety first.
