Today’s tip talks about clearing a slow draining bathroom sink in a few easy steps.
1. Remove the pivot bar from under the sink by loosening the pivot bar nut and sliding the bar out. (It is OK to let the pivot bar dangle in place under the sink)
2. Slide the stopper out from the drain.
3. In a different location, clean the stopper as best you can.
4. Try to remove any debris from inside the drain.
5. Drop the stopper back into place with the hole at the bottom, facing the right direction.
6. Slide the pivot bar back into place, so that the stopper moves up and down when the pivot bars moved.
7. Tighten up the pivot bar nut.
