A perfect example is using AI to help a potential client understand the placement of a home that has not yet been constructed on a lot in our Kokomo project.
Our custom AI rendering system allows us to place a 3D home on any lot, check the setbacks, and create a plot plan for our clients.

Aging in Place with New Construction.
Wolfe Development's new aging in place project, titled "Kokomo" is located in the Spokane Valley, Washington State.
The developer, and Sullivan Homes, designed a series of new single-story homes that feature critical design elements to provide homeowners with the ability to age in place without the need for senior housing at a later date.
A recent study from AARP found that 75% of adults aged 50 and older want to stay in their homes versus a retirement community. The primary issue is that the nature of their homes creates significant challenges with aging in place due to stairs, hallway widths, and wheelchair accessibility issues.
At Kokomo, every home in the project features a traditional wood floor system utilizing LP Floor Joist over a crawl space, and where the floor system is dropped down into the foundation. This creates a zero barrier entry to the home while keeping the warmth of a wood floor system versus a cold, hard concrete slab. Hallways, doors, and bathrooms are designed for wheelchair mobility if needed.

Our new Kokomo Development, located South Spokane Valley, features a 5.6kWh solar array on every new home. An average residential home in Spokane uses 1,324 kWh per month or 15,888 kWh per year. Our solar array produces 5,519 kWh per year which translates to 35% less power required per year.
