This customized R-3401 Ridge Series was tailored to fit both everyday living and shop functionality, coming in at 3,485 sqft of total living space and paired with a fully integrated 40x60 shop package featuring a 12’ lean-to, black-on-black finishes, Burnished Slate metal selections, upgraded overhead doors, concrete floors, insulation package upgrades, and utility rough-ins for long-term use and flexibility.

Our recent client custom build inspired by our exclusive R-3401 Ridge Series in-house floor plan and customized throughout to fit their lifestyle, property, and long-term needs.

Final living square footage came out to 3,469 sqft with several client-driven modifications, including:

• +68 sqft added to the main floor
• Added 10x timber posts and beams
• Added 573 sqft RV bay
• Added a full bathroom to the bonus space
• Additional custom upgrades throughout the home

All paired with 5 private acres in our Lone Mountain Estates 9th Addition, located just 10 minutes north of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
